Coronavirus had a significant impact on the recruitment industry, but not all of it was negative. The virus caused many recruitment agencies to innovate – and that includes looking for recruitment tender opportunities. Tendering can be a huge part of a stabilisation and recovery plan for small businesses, with public sector organisations being financially stable, and obliged to pay within 30-days thanks to the Prompt Payment Code.
